LUGO. -- For the second time in a few days, a flying cigar was reportedly seen last night over the town of Friol, in the province of Lugo. The craft, flying north to south, left behind it a trail of intense red light.
Three people, whose testimony leaves no doubt, claim to have clearly seen the object. Other residents of Lugo corroborated this account.
